Build the operating rhythm behind several ventures.
We're a portfolio of technology, education and software-service ventures — Wise Learnings, WiseAssess, WiseForge Solutions and Spendly — run with a startup and experimentation mindset.
This role does not belong to one product. You'll move with the priorities: growing a learning business, validating a software product, building a services pipeline or researching a venture that does not exist yet.

What the job actually involves
Validation
Take new ideas from competitor research and customer discovery through pilots, then recommend whether to continue, modify, scale or stop.
Growth
Execute agreed campaigns, coordinate publishing, track leads and make sure follow-up happens.
Research
Turn market, competitor and technology research into clear findings, implications and next actions.
03 / WHO FITS
Ownership matters more than your degree.
- 1–3 years in startup operations, business operations, EdTech, SaaS, digital business or consulting
- Strong ownership, independent working style and reliable follow-through
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong internet research and analytical skills
- Comfort with Excel or Sheets, decks, AI tools and modern productivity platforms
- A basic grasp of digital marketing, acquisition and lead management
- Comfort around SaaS, APIs, AI and software product concepts
- Ability to learn unfamiliar industries quickly and adapt as priorities shift
